As of September 6, 2022, Fiskflyg's operational subsidiary Rotor Service Norden AB is certified according to ISO 9001 for quality and ISO 14001 for the environment.
By meeting the requirements of the standards, the company has demonstrated that it works in a competent, communicated and documented manner through all processes. The company has also shown that it protects the environment by following current environmental legislation and constantly striving to reduce the footprint of the business through active environmental and sustainability work.
- We have worked in line with the ISO standards for a long time and the certification is proving that we have a functioning and effective management system. Now the development of the business continues according to the policies and goals which were set with the aim of promoting flight safety, quality and the environment, says Christoffer Stenvall, project manager for the certification at the company.
The certification audit was carried out in two stages during the summer of 2022. Among other things, the management system's various functions, routines and work processes have been reviewed throughout the entire production chain in order to ensure compliance with the standards. Now there will be annual audits and after three years the business must be recertified.
